Whiskey Flip

Blended whiskey and light cream might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Whiskey Flip makes it work — velvety smooth from start to finish.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz blended whiskey
  • 2 tsp light cream
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 whole egg
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass.
  2. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.

Serve In
