Blended whiskey and light cream might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Whiskey Flip makes it work — velvety smooth from start to finish.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz blended whiskey
- 2 tsp light cream
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 whole egg
- nutmeg
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass.
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
