There's something satisfying about a well-made Amigo. This spirit-forward version uses white rum, creme de bananes, and apricot brandy for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 1 oz white rum
- 3/4 oz creme de bananes
- 1/4 oz apricot brandy
- 1 1/2 oz pear juice
- 1 dash grenadine syrup
Instructions
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
