There's something satisfying about a well-made Anatole Coffee. This mellow version uses cognac, coffee liqueur, and Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz cognac
- 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur
- 6 oz iced coffee
- 1/2 oz whipped cream
Instructions
- Blend cognac, coffee liqueur, Frangelico hazelnut liqueur and iced coffee with a little cracked ice in a mixing glass.
- Pour into a chilled white wine glass.
- Add whipped cream, garnish with a sprinkling of chocolate shavings, and serve.
