The magic of the Apricot Crush is how apricot brandy, white rum, and orange juice play off each other — the result is bubbly and genuinely enjoyable.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz apricot brandy
  • 1/2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

Instructions

Shake and strain into a champagne saucer filled with crushed ice.
