Apricot-Mango Martini

A bright and citrusy drink featuring botanical gin, the Apricot-Mango Martini blends 2 pieces fresh mangos, 2 1/2 oz Tanqueray® gin and 1/2 oz apricot brandy.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces fresh mangos
  • 2 1/2 oz Tanqueray® gin
  • 1/2 oz apricot brandy
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Muddle the fresh mango in the bottom of a mixing glass and add all other ingredients.
  2. Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, and serve.
