Jamaica Fever

This indulgent recipe combines 3/4 oz brandy, 1 1/2 oz dark rum and 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice into a Medium-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz brandy
  • 1 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 3/4 oz mango syrup
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Shake well over crushed ice in a shaker, and pour into a large highball glass over crushed ice.
  2. Add a pineapple chunk and a stemmed cherry, and serve.

Serve In
