Balearic Coffee

Whether you're mixing for yourself or making a round, the Balearic Coffee is a comforting choice. Frigola® herbal liqueur, hot black coffee, and whipped cream make this one both impressive and approachable.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Frigola® herbal liqueur
  • 5 oz hot black coffee
  • 1 1/2 oz whipped cream
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Add coffee and liquor to an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste.
  2. Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Serve In
