Bay Horse

This indulgent recipe combines 1 1/2 oz blended whiskey, 1/2 oz Pernod® licorice liqueur and 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao into a Medium-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz blended whiskey
  • 1/2 oz Pernod® licorice liqueur
  • 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Pour the whiskey, Pernod, creme de cacao and cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes.
  3. Garnish with nutmeg, and serve.
