Blue Angel #3

The Blue Angel #3 works as well on a weeknight as it does at a party — bubbly flavors and done in under 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 glass sparkling white wine
  • 2/3 oz Blue Curacao liqueur

Instructions

  1. Pour the sparkling wine or champagne over two ice cubes in a champagne saucer.
  2. Add blue curacao, and serve.

Serve In

Champagne Saucer
