This tart recipe combines 1 1/2 oz gin, 3/4 oz fresh lime juice and 3/4 oz simple syrup into a Medium-to-make drink.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 3/4 oz creme de mure
Instructions
- Shake the gin, lime juice and syrup well with ice, and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
- Dribble the creme de mure down through the ice, and garnish with a lime wheel and raspberries.
