Brandy and es Angostura® bitters might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Brandy Old-Fashioned makes it work — zesty from start to finish.
Ingredients
- 3 oz brandy
- 4 dashes Angostura® bitters
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 dash water
Instructions
- Muddle the sugar with the bitters and the water in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass.
- Add the brandy and some ice cubes.
- Stir, garnish with a lemon peel, and serve.
