The Cabaret Martini — 4 ingredients, layered flavors, no unnecessary complexity.
Ingredients
- 3 oz gin
- 1 1/2 oz Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth
- 4 dashes Angostura® bitters
- 4 dashes Pernod® licorice liqueur
Instructions
- Pour the gin, Dubonnet, Angostura bitters and Pernod into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.
- Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime twist, and serve.
