Cabaret Martini

The Cabaret Martini — 4 ingredients, layered flavors, no unnecessary complexity.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz gin
  • 1 1/2 oz Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth
  • 4 dashes Angostura® bitters
  • 4 dashes Pernod® licorice liqueur

Instructions

  1. Pour the gin, Dubonnet, Angostura bitters and Pernod into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.
  2. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a lime twist, and serve.

Serve In
