Coco Choco

Milk, cream, coconut cream, and chocolate syrup combined for a rich, tropical-chocolate drink topped with shaved chocolate. The coconut cream gives this hot chocolate a tropical twist, while the triple-dairy base makes it extraordinarily creamy. A Polynesian-meets-European fusion dessert drink.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 oz milk
  • 3/4 oz cream
  • 3/4 oz coconut cream
  • 3/4 – 1 oz chocolate syrup
  • chocolate

Instructions

  1. Shake liquids well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice.
  2. Sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.
