A tantalizing recipe for Coffee Egg Nog made with Scotch whisky, coffee liqueur, milk, half-and-half, sugar syrup, coffee and egg.
Ingredients:
2 oz Scotch whisky
1 oz coffee liqueur
6 oz milk
1 oz half-and-half
1 tsp sugar syrup
1/2 tsp instant coffee
1 egg
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender with half a cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a collins glass, sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve.
