A rich and sweet drink built on smooth rum, the Cordial Cooler blends 1 1/2 oz Bacardi® white rum, 3 rock melon chunk and 3 pineapple chunk.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Bacardi® white rum
- 3 rock melon chunk
- 3 pineapple chunk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- orange squash
Instructions
- Muddle rockmelon and pineapple chunks with sugar in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Add Bacardi white rum and a few ice cubes.
- Top with orange squash (premixed with water as per normal cordial ratio).
Serve In
