Eagle Cocktail

The Eagle Cocktail is the kind of drink that earns its place in your rotation — herbaceous with a citrusy finish.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz creme de violette
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a wine glass, and serve.
