This indulgent recipe combines 1/2 oz dark rum, 1/2 oz white rum and 1/2 oz Irish Mist® herbal liqueur into a Advanced-to-make drink.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz Irish Mist® herbal liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 lime
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Cut a lime into eight seperate segments and place into an old-fashioned glass.
- Add sugar and crush until the juice is released.
- Add remaining ingredients, ensure sugar has dissolved, and fill with broken ice.
- Garnish with a slice of lime and a cherry.
- Add a short straw, and serve.
