Fallen Angel

The Fallen Angel belongs in every home bartender's repertoire. With just 5 ingredients, you get a cool and refreshing drink that punches well above its weight.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1/2 tsp white creme de menthe
  • juice of 1/2 lemons
  • 1 dash bitters
  • 1 cherry

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients (except cherry) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
  2. Top with the cherry and serve.
