Gin Gin Mule

Light and Advanced to prepare, the Gin Gin Mule features 1/2 oz lime juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup and 6 mint sprigs.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 6 mint sprigs
  • 3/4 oz ginger beer
  • 1 1/2 oz Bombay Sapphire® gin
  • 1 splash soda water

Instructions

  1. Muddle the lime juice, syrup and mint sprigs at the bottom of a mixing glass.
  2. Add gin and ginger beer and shake well.
  3. Pour over ice in a highball glass, top with soda and garnish with a wedge of lime.

Serve In
