A great recipe for Galliano Hotshot #2 made with Galliano® herbal liqueur, coffee and cream.
Ingredients:
2 cl Galliano® herbal liqueur
2 cl hot coffee
cream
Method:
Pour galliano into a shot glass, float hot filter coffee over it and top with lightly thickened cream as to create three layers.
