The Happy Colada is a sweet cocktails made with 2 oz coconut rum, 1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur and 6 oz pineapple juice.
Ingredients
- 2 oz coconut rum
- 1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
- 6 oz pineapple juice
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a collins glass 3/4 filled with ice, and serve.
