Harbor Light

A yummy recipe for Harbor Light made with Kahlua® coffee liqueur, triple sec, cognac and white rum.

Ingredients:
1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 oz triple sec
1/2 oz cognac
1 tsp overproof white rum

Method:
Make kahlua, triple sec and cognac pousse-cafe style in a cordial glass. Ignite rum in a teaspoon and float on top. Extinguish, and serve.

Serve in:
Cordial Glass
