The Hustler is a tangy cocktails made with 1 oz gold rum, 1 oz white rum and 1 oz passion-fruit syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz gold rum
  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1 oz passion-fruit syrup
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp caster sugar

Instructions

  1. Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with broken ice.
  2. Garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve.
