Gin and root beer might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Manila Fizz makes it work — layered from start to finish.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 2 oz root beer
- juice of 1/2 lemons
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Shake with ice, strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes, and serve.
