Mongolian Dingbat

A rich and sweet drink built on smooth rum, the Mongolian Dingbat blends 1 oz Bacardi® white rum, 1 oz Tia Maria® coffee liqueur and 1 scoop ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Bacardi® white rum
  • 1 oz Tia Maria® coffee liqueur
  • 1 scoop ice cream

Instructions

  1. Combine the Bacardi white rum, Tia Maria coffee liqueur and ice cream in a blender.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Pour into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve In
