Pisco Sour

A bright and citrusy drink made with elegant brandy, the Pisco Sour blends 3 parts pisco brandy, 1 1/2 parts lemon juice and 1 – 2 tbsp sugar.

Ingredients

  • 3 parts pisco brandy
  • 1 1/2 parts lemon juice
  • 1 – 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixer with ice.
  2. Shake well (until ice is melted), and serve in a cocktail glass.

Serve In
