Roman Candle

A bright and citrusy drink built on smooth rum, the Roman Candle blends 1 oz dark rum, 1 oz brandy and 1/2 oz LBV port.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz brandy
  • 1/2 oz LBV port
  • 1 oz raspberry syrup
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
  2. Garnish with fruit, add straws, and serve.
