Rum Rickey

This tart recipe combines 1 1/2 oz light rum, 1/2 oz lime juice and 1 tsp sugar syrup into a Medium-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar syrup
  • club soda

Instructions

  1. Pour light rum, lime juice and sugar syrup into an ice-filled mixing glass.
  2. Shake, strain into an ice-filled collins glass, and fill with club soda.
  3. Garnish with a wedge of lime, and serve.

Serve In
