Ginger ale, mint, sugar syrup, and lemon juice — essentially a non-alcoholic mule or mojito. The mint is gently crushed in the glass to release its oils, then the ginger ale and lemon juice add spice and citrus. A mocktail with genuine cocktail sophistication.
Ingredients
- 5 oz dry ginger ale
- 1 mint sprig
- 1/2 oz sugar syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
Instructions
- Crush the mint gently in a highball glass.
- Fill with broken ice, add remaining ingredients and mix gently.
- Add straws, and serve.
