Tia-Maria

A delectable recipe for Tia-Maria made with water, brown sugar, coffee, Bundaberg® amber rum and vanilla extract.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 – 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tsp powdered coffee
  • 1 cup Bundaberg® amber rum
  • 4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Boil water, sugar and coffee for 10 mins and let cool.
  2. Add rum and vanilla.
  3. Put in clean bottle(s) and leave for 1 week before using.
