Refreshing and Easy to prepare, the Vermouth Cassis #2 features 3 oz dry vermouth, 1 oz creme de cassis and club soda.

  • 1 oz creme de cassis
  • club soda

Instructions

  1. Pour vermouth and creme de cassis into an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add three or four ice cubes, fill with soda, and serve.
