A tasty recipe for Boston Punch made with Champagne, cider, brandy, triple sec, dark rum, lemon juice, soda water and sugar.
Ingredients:
75 cl Champagne
28 cl cider
14 cl brandy
2 oz triple sec
3 oz dark rum
4 oz lemon juice
40 cl soda water
1 tbsp sugar
Method:
Dissolve sugar and combine ingredients in a punch bowl with sufficient ice to chill. Add thin wedges of apple. Serve in wine glasses. (16 servings.)
