Cafe Au Kirsch

The Cafe Au Kirsch — 4 ingredients, warming flavors, no unnecessary complexity.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Kirschwasser® cherry brandy
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • coffee

Instructions

  1. Combine the kirsch, sugar and egg white in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well, and strain into a wine glass.
  3. Fill with coffee, stir, and serve.

Serve In

White Wine Glass
