Cocomacoque

A delectable recipe for Cocomacoque made with light rum, red wine, lemons, pineapple juice, orange juice and pineapple.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
  • 2 oz red wine
  • juice of 1/2 lemons
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 1 pineapple stick

Instructions

  1. Combine rum, juice of lemon, pineapple juice, and orange juice.
  2. Pour into a collins glass over ice cubes.
  3. Fill with red wine, add the pineapple stick, and serve.
