Coffee Egg Nog

The Coffee Egg Nog starts with Scotch whisky and finishes velvety smooth. At 7 ingredients, it hits the sweet spot between simple and interesting.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Scotch whisky
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 6 oz milk
  • 1 oz half-and-half
  • 1 tsp sugar syrup
  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender with half a cup of crushed ice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a collins glass, sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve.
