Egg Crusher

The Egg Crusher starts with light rum and finishes spirit-forward. At 3 ingredients, it hits the sweet spot between simple and interesting.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1 cup eggnog

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Strain into a large brandy snifter, dust with nutmeg, and serve.
