A refreshingly tart drink made with elegant brandy, the Egg Sour blends 1 oz brandy, 1 oz Dry Orange Curacao liqueur and 1 oz lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 1 oz brandy
- 1 oz Dry Orange Curacao liqueur
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz sugar syrup
- 1/2 egg
Instructions
- Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in an old-fashioned glass.
- Garnish with a lemon spiral, and serve.
