A yummy recipe for Fish House Punch #2 made with water, tea, honey, sugar syrup, dark rum, brandy, lime juice and lime.
Ingredients:
2 liters water
3 liters black tea
honey
sugar syrup
2 liters dark rum
1/2 liter brandy
5 oz lime juice
lime peel
Method:
Heat water. Stir in sugar, tea, and honey, and allow to boil. Add liquors, stir well, and simmer. Stir in lime juice and peels. Serve hot in heat-resistant cups or glasses, or cool, seal and bottle.
