Fish House Punch #2

This tart recipe combines 2 liters water, 3 liters black tea and honey into a Advanced-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 liters water
  • 3 liters black tea
  • honey
  • sugar syrup
  • 2 liters dark rum
  • 1/2 liter brandy
  • 5 oz lime juice
  • lime peel

Instructions

  1. Heat water.
  2. Stir in sugar, tea, and honey, and allow to boil.
  3. Add liquors, stir well, and simmer.
  4. Stir in lime juice and peels.
  5. Serve hot in heat-resistant cups or glasses, or cool, seal and bottle.
