A classic drink with zesty character, the French Foam is made with brandy, Kirschwasser® cherry brandy, and sugar syrup. Nothing more, nothing less.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz brandy
- 1/2 oz Kirschwasser® cherry brandy
- 1 1/2 oz sugar syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura® bitters
- 7 oz dry sparkling wine
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a highball glass.
- Add a dusting of lemon or orange sherbet on top, and serve.
