Healthy Eggnog

Next time someone asks what to make, hand them this Healthy Eggnog recipe — Silky, satisfying, and ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/3 oz evaporated skimmed milk
  • 3/4 oz skimmed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 oz rum

Instructions

  1. Whip egg substitute and sugar together, combine with the two kinds of milk, vanilla, and rum.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Chill overnight.
  4. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  5. Serves 4-6.
