Island Martini

The Island Martini is a tangy cocktails made with 3 oz gold rum, 1/2 oz dry vermouth and 1/2 oz sweet vermouth.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz gold rum
  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth
  • 1/2 oz sweet vermouth

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients with cracked ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  2. Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.
