Key Lime Quencher

Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Key Lime Quencher features 1 1/4 oz dark rum, 1 1/2 oz lime juice and 3 oz heavy cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz dark rum
  • 1 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 3 oz heavy cream
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients with 12-oz.
  2. (1 1/2 cups) of crushed ice in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a 16-oz hurricane or specialty glass.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs, and serve.
