Parisiana Punch

This tangy recipe combines 75 cl Champagne, 30 cl madeira and 12.5 cl cognac into a Medium-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 75 cl Champagne
  • 30 cl madeira
  • 12.5 cl cognac
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 lemons

Instructions

  1. Add madeira, cognac, sugar and lemons (washed and halved) to a large jug.
  2. Mix until sugar dissolves, and chill for 2 – 3 hours.
  3. Add the champagne, and serve in wine glasses.

Serve In
