This tangy recipe combines 75 cl Champagne, 30 cl madeira and 12.5 cl cognac into a Medium-to-make drink.
Ingredients
- 75 cl Champagne
- 30 cl madeira
- 12.5 cl cognac
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 lemons
Instructions
- Add madeira, cognac, sugar and lemons (washed and halved) to a large jug.
- Mix until sugar dissolves, and chill for 2 – 3 hours.
- Add the champagne, and serve in wine glasses.
