Pineapple Cocktail

Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Pineapple Cocktail features 1 shot light rum, 2 shots pineapple juice and 1 shot lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot light rum
  • 2 shots pineapple juice
  • 1 shot lemon juice
  • 1/2 shot grenadine syrup
  • club soda

Instructions

  1. Pour rum, pineapple juice, grenadine and lemon juice into a collins glass.
  2. Fill with club soda, or to taste.
  3. Serve with ice.

Serve In
