Virgin Clamato Cocktail

A virgin take on the Clamato cocktail, blending tomato juice with clam juice, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco. The clam juice adds a briny, savory depth that tomato juice alone can’t achieve. A brunch-friendly Caesar without the vodka.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz tomato juice
  • 3 oz clam juice
  • 1/8 tsp black peppers
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash Tabasco® sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine the tomato juice, clam juice, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, garnish with a lemon wedge, and serve.
