The Applejack Highball is a spirit-forward cocktails made with 1 1/4 oz Calvados® brandy, 2 – 3 dashes grenadine syrup and 3/4 oz orange juice.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz Calvados® brandy
- 2 – 3 dashes grenadine syrup
- 3/4 oz orange juice
- ginger ale
Instructions
- Pour calvados, grenadine and orange juice over ice in a collins glass.
- Stir, fill with ginger ale, and serve.
