Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Cafe Grande features 1/3 oz Tia Maria® coffee liqueur, 1/3 oz dark creme de cacao and 1/3 oz Grand Marnier® orange liqueur.
Ingredients
- 1/3 oz Tia Maria® coffee liqueur
- 1/3 oz dark creme de cacao
- 1/3 oz Grand Marnier® orange liqueur
- 5 oz hot black coffee
- 1 1/2 oz whipped cream
Instructions
- Pour coffee and liquors into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste.
- Float the cream on top, add a cherry, and serve.
