The Jamaican Iced Coffee is a sweet coffee-tea made with 1 oz dark rum, 1 oz Tia Maria® coffee liqueur and 3/4 oz whipping cream.
Ingredients
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz Tia Maria® coffee liqueur
- 3/4 oz whipping cream
- 4 oz hot black coffee
Instructions
- Shake and strain into a wine goblet filled with crushed ice.
- Add short straws, a sprig of mint, and serve.
