Jamaican Iced Coffee

The Jamaican Iced Coffee is a sweet coffee-tea made with 1 oz dark rum, 1 oz Tia Maria® coffee liqueur and 3/4 oz whipping cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz Tia Maria® coffee liqueur
  • 3/4 oz whipping cream
  • 4 oz hot black coffee

Instructions

  1. Shake and strain into a wine goblet filled with crushed ice.
  2. Add short straws, a sprig of mint, and serve.

Serve In
