A tempting recipe for Champagne Pineapple Punch made with Sauternes white wine, pineapple juice, lemon juice, caster sugar, pineapple and Champagne.
Ingredients:
50 cl Sauternes white wine
30 cl pineapple juice
10 cl lemon juice
60 g caster sugar
200 g pineapple chunks
75 cl Champagne
Method:
Pour all ingredients (except champagne) into a large jug and mix until sugar dissolves. Chill for at least 2 hours, and pour into wine glasses until two-thirds full. Top each glass with champagne, garnish with pineapple chunks, and serve.
